Conditions, limitations, and privacy policy.
By downloading the Royal Taxi Peja app (hereinafter referred to as the App) and using its services, the user confirms that all provided information is accurate, complete, and truthful, and accepts the Terms of Use of this App. The App, provided by Net Informatika d.o.o., is intended for booking taxi services provided by Royal Taxi Peja Association or for forwarding taxi orders through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Use of the App services is free of charge. The user is responsible for any costs incurred through internet data usage while using the App. The user is also responsible for providing devices and meeting all technical requirements needed to use the App, as well as for updating the software used on devices where the App is installed. All costs related to internet connectivity are borne by the user.
By using the App, the user agrees that their GPS location data and identification data (name, surname, email address, and phone number) are transmitted to Royal Taxi, which collects, stores, and processes them only to the extent necessary for proper provision of the App’s services.
Personal data of users may only be processed by Royal Taxi and Net Informatika d.o.o. for the purposes of the App, in accordance with the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act, and cannot be shared with third parties.
Net Informatika d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms of use, modify the App, and discontinue the services at any time. No guarantee is provided that the data in the App is accurate or complete, nor that the data delivered to users or drivers is timely. It is also not guaranteed that drivers will be available at the time of the user’s booking.
Net Informatika d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage incurred by the user through the use of the App, malfunction of the App, damage to user hardware or software, or loss of user data. Net Informatika d.o.o. is also not responsible for services provided by Royal Taxi and taxi drivers.
The user must use the App in a way that does not damage, overload, or disable it, and must not bypass or compromise the intended purpose of the App. The user must not personally or through third parties bypass or modify the App’s security measures. Net Informatika reserves all rights to the software. The software available to the user may not be copied, modified, decompiled, distributed, or reverse-engineered.
The App provides services for booking taxi vehicles and billing for taxi services. The App does not provide taxi transport itself. Booking and billing services are free of charge. The calculated estimated fare in the App does not represent the exact fare that will be charged at the end of the ride. The amount charged is calculated using the taxi meter in the taxi vehicle providing the transport service.

The App does not provide transportation services. All responsibilities regarding taxi transport lie with Royal Taxi and the drivers providing the taxi service.
You can cancel a taxi booking at any time. Cancellation is free of charge.
On behalf of Royal Taxi, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic information about customers/users and information necessary for business purposes and user communication in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality service. Customers have the choice, including whether to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user/customer data is strictly protected and available only to employees who need it to perform their job. All employees of Royal Taxi (and business partners) are responsible for respecting privacy principles.
