By downloading the ZanziGo application (hereinafter: the Application) and using its services, the user confirms that all their provided data is accurate, complete, and truthful, and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use. The Application, provided by Net Informatika d.o.o., is intended for booking taxi services offered by ZanziGo, i.e., for forwarding taxi ride requests via mobile terminals such as smartphones and tablets.
The use of the Application's services is free of charge. The user is responsible for any internet data charges incurred while using the Application. The user is also responsible for ensuring their device and all technical requirements for using the Application are met, including updating the software on devices where the Application is installed.
All internet connection charges are borne by the user.
Processing of Personal Data
By using the Application, the user agrees that their GPS location data and identification information (name, surname, email address, and phone number) may be forwarded to ZanziGo, which collects, stores, and processes them solely to the extent necessary for the proper provision of services.
The user's personal data may only be processed by ZanziGo and Net Informatika d.o.o. for the needs of the Application, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Slovenia, and may not be forwarded to third parties.
Changes and Liability
Net Informatika d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these terms, modify the Application, or terminate its services at any time.
Net Informatika d.o.o. does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data in the Application, nor that data received by users or drivers is delivered in a timely manner. It also does not guarantee that drivers are available at the time of ride booking.
Net Informatika d.o.o. is not liable for any damage caused to the user through the use of the Application, malfunctioning of the Application, damage to the user's hardware or software, or any loss of user data.
Net Informatika d.o.o. is also not responsible for services provided by taxi drivers.
Use of the Application
The user must not damage, overload, or disable the Application or circumvent or jeopardize its intended use. The user must not circumvent or modify the Application’s security measures personally or via third parties.
Net Informatika d.o.o. retains all rights to the software. The software available to the user must not be copied, modified, decompiled, distributed, or reverse-engineered.

Service Description
The Application provides taxi booking services. It does not provide taxi transportation services. Booking services are free of charge. The estimated approximate price shown in the app does not represent the final fare to be charged. The actual charge is calculated using the taximeter in the taxi providing the ride.
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the country where the taxi service is performed. Indicative prices in other currencies are based on the central exchange rate of the Bank. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which is unknown to us at the time of transaction. As a result, there may be slight discrepancies from the original price listed.

Product Delivery and Possible Limitations

Complaint Policy
You may cancel a taxi booking at any time. Cancellation is free of charge. Taxi fare billing services are free, and cancellation of the billing service is done by canceling the booking. Complaints about charged services can be submitted using the contact information in the Customer Support section.
