GENERAL TERMS OF USE
By downloading the
Tesla Taxi Prishtina
application (hereinafter the Application) and using its services, the user confirms that all his
information is correct, complete and true and accepts the General Terms of Use
of this Application. The application offered by Net Informatika d.o.o. is
intended for reserving taxi services provided
by Tesla Taxi Prishtina
, ie for forwarding taxi orders through
mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The use of the Application
services is free of charge. The user is responsible for the costs that may
arise from the use of Internet data through the use of the Application. The
User is also responsible for providing devices and all technical requirements
necessary for using the Application. .
All costs incurred by using the
internet connection are borne by the user.
By using the Application, the
User accepts that his GPS location data as well as identification data (name,
surname, e-mail address and telephone number) are forwarded to Tesla Taxi Prishtina ,
which collects, stores and processes them only to the extent necessary for
proper application services.
Personal data of users can be processed
only by Tesla
Taxi Prishtina
and Net Informatika d.o.o. for the needs of the Application
and in accordance with the regulations of the Act on Personal Data Protection
of Slovenia and cannot be passed on to third parties.
Net Informatika d.o.o. reserves
the right to change these general terms of use, change the Application and
terminate the provision of services at any time.
Net Informatika d.o.o. does not
provide any guarantee that the data in the Application is correct and that the
data coming to the user or driver is submitted in a timely manner. It also does
not guarantee that drivers are available at the time of booking a ride by the
user.
Net Informatika d.o.o. is not
responsible for any damage caused by the user through the use of the
Application, malfunction of the Application, damage to user hardware or
software and for any loss of user data.
Net Informatika d.o.o. is also
not responsible for the services provided
by Tesla TaxiPrishtina
and taxi drivers.
The User must not damage the
aplication, overload or disable it and not to bypass or jeopardize the intended
purpose of the Application. The User must also not personally or through third
parties bypass or modify the security measures of the Application.
Net Informatika reserves all
rights to the software. The software available to the user must not be copied,
modified, decompiled or distributed. The software must also not be reverse
engineered by the user.

The application provides taxi
reservation services and taxi services. The application does not provide taxi
services. The amount to be charged for a ride
is calculated using a taximeter in a taxi vehicle that provides a taxi service.

COMPLAINT POLICY
You can cancel your taxi
reservation at any time. Cancellations are free.
You can make a complaint for the
payment of the taxi service using the contact information in the section
"Contact information - customer service".
PROTECT USER PRIVACY

, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers.
We collect only the necessary, basic data on customers / users and data
necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business
practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice,
including deciding whether or not to delete them from the mailing lists used
for marketing campaigns. All data on users / customers are strictly kept and
are available only to employees who need this information to do their job. All employees of
